REBAR Production Line & Equipment

SD Steel has three fully continuous deformed bar production lines, namely the First RollingLine, SecondRollingLine, and Small and Medium-sized Rolling Line. Our main equipments such as heating furnaces, rollingmills, andcooling beds are imported from abroad or manufactured by well-known domestic enterprises, withanannualproduction capacity of 3.2 million tons. We are the most complete production base for deformedbar inShandongProvince in terms of specifications, sizes and standards.

REBAR Brief on Products

SD Steel deformed bar products cover 10mm-50mm sizes with grades of HRB400, HRB400E, HRB500, HRB500E,andHRB600. We have the ability to provide batch supply of HRB600E anti-earthquake deformed bar andarethefirstenterprise in China with production qualification for 50mm large anti-earthquake deformed bar. Our productshavesuccessively won honorary titles such as the "National Metallurgical Product Physical Quality GoldCupAward", "Excellent Product in Metallurgical Industry", "China Famous Brand Product", and "ShandongFamousBrandProduct".

■ Lead the preparation of GB1499.2 Chinese Standard Deformed Bar; In the revision process of the new Chinese Standard Deformed Bar GB1499.2-2018, the leading revision suggestion was proposed to eliminate 335MPa grade and add 600MPa grade deformed bar, which was adopted. 

■ Participated in the preparation of multiple technical specifications for the application of 600MPa grade ordinary hot-rolled deformed bar in Shanghai, Shandong, Hubei, and the Construction Industry Association, all of which have been released and implemented, promoting the engineering design and large-scale promotion and application of 600MPa hightensile deformed bar. 

■ Led the drafting of the group standard "600MPa anti- earthquake hot-rolled deformed bar for reinforced concrete", which has been released and implemented.
