● large -size line: Short process of X-H rolling method, green and engery-saving. 

● The method of ultra-thin heterogeneous billet full protection casting achieves high purity smelting. [N]≤30ppm, T[O]≤15ppm, Class B and D inclusions≤level 1.0. 

● Extreme large size H-beam prodution line of H900-H1000 height.

● Medium -size line: Using precise deformation-temperature control method to achievehighefficiencyuniversal continuous rolling.

● Special-shaped line: The professional production line with an ablity of complex sizes andhigh-precision control. 

● Multi-pass descaling technology to achieve high surface quality.

There are a total of 703 sizes of steel products produced by SD Steel, covering the multi-standardhot rolledH-beam,angles, channels, C-type, J-type, H-type, beam for forklift, pedrail steel with single tooth, double teethandthreeteethfor Yellow Goods, F-section steel for medium and low speed maglev train, etc.

H-beam: The largest low-temperature resistant H-beamproductionbaseofmarineengineering in the world, with a market share of more than 80%. Leadingcompilationof a national standard of GB/T 34199 "Hot rolled H-beamSteel for overheadcontactline pillar of Electrified railway". 

F-section steel: The unique manufacturer of high precision free machiningproductinChina. With overcoming the difficulties of non symmetrical rolling, coolingdeformation,straightening and cubic curve bending in F section steel production, achievingworldleading level. 

Frame shaped profile: keep leading position domestically , withtheyieldstrengthupto 500MPa, the strongest performance, the highest precision, themostcompletespecifications. 

Pedrail steel: One-stop supply platform of predrail steel with threeteeth, twoteeth,single tooth for Yellow Goods.

Pioneerly invented the theory of Non-balance Compensation Rolling, developed the numerical simulation software of Fore Rolling, and realized the series development of F-section steel, Frame shaped profile, pedrail steel and sheet pile, etc..
