        SD Steel has established 3 hot rolled plate production lines with designed rolling capacity of 5Mtons andheattreatmentcapacity of 1.1M tons. The 2 sets 4300mm production lines located in Rizhao and Laiwu bases, representthemostadvanced production and control technology in China, main production equipment and control systemareimportedfromVoestalpine and Siemens, include complete integrated heat treatment system with Max descalingpressureof32MPa.The5th gerneration 3500mm steckel line is fully integrated with advanced technologies such as MAS, CVCplusrollshift,vertical rolling, ultra fast cooling, etc.. The hot rolled plate are widely used for steel structure/wind tower/boiler and pressure vessel/ oil &gas pipeline/ shipbuilding/ Yellow Goods and other fields, range 4-310mm in thickness, 1500- 4100mm in width. 

■ High Yield steel products: 1 st Ranking market occupation in China, Market Development Award by China Steel Association. 

■ Boiler plate for massive oil tank: 1 st Ranking market occupation in China. 

■ Vessel Pressure steel: chemical component control with Max N/O/H/S/P bellow 54ppm for 9Ni plate, industryleading level on chemical control, supplied largest LNG tank with 270K cubic M3 in Zhuhai LNG project Phase II. 

■ API plate with special service requirement: full coverage on Steel grades up to X80M, Sour service plate up to X65MS. 

■ Thin gauge plates: extreme width/thickness ratio and extra tight thickness tolerance range plate for cruiser building, thinnest thickness up to 3.7mm with max width of 3200mm, thickness tolerance range 0-0.1mm, plate quality reaches international leading level. Min thickness in volume production for 9Ni plate in 5mm, Min thickness in single batch production in 3.5mm with max width of 3250mm, max length 450m, Min thickness for high yield plate of 5mmin grade Q110E, 4-6mm thickness with width 3100mm for wear resistant steel, 4mm thickness bridge plate/construction plate. 

■ Wind tower plate: annual sales of 600k tons for 3 consecutive years, occupy the largest market share domestically. 

■ Wear Resistant plate: the only manufacturer with ultra-thin + ultra-wide production capacity in dimension of 6mm*3500mm, overcame the key technical difficulties of homogenization flexible continuous heat treatment, and achieved flatness tolerance of ＜4mm/m. 

■ Marine plate: achieved first industrial application with level 420MPa, certified grade up to EH690Z35, overcame the global technical difficulty as low yield property after normalization of extra heavy thickness plate for marine/offshore application purpose.
