SD Steel has 4 million tons steel and 2.6 million tons products annual capacity fnspecial roundbar,with1X 50 tons and 1X 100 tons electric furnace, 1X 100 tons and 2X 120 tons converter furnaces. 

■ 100 ton electric furnace production line: The first imported large-scale continuous casting roundbillet productionlinedesigned and manufactured by Voestalpine and Danieli, equipped with induction heating in the tundishforcontinuouscasting, capable to produce medium and high-end alloy steel continuous casting round billets withsizeof 500~800mm.

■ Large size production Line: largest BD blooming mill in China, capable of producing bars with size of 500~800mmsize.

■ Medium size production line: Full continuous rolling intelligent production line in China, usingtheItalianAnsarollingprogram and the German KOCKS three roll 500 + sizing mill, integrated with MES, ERP informationmanagementsystemstoachieve intelligent control throughout the entire production process. 

■ The world's first production line using controlled rolling and cooling technology for bar size over 80mm. 

■ Production has 3X production lines with integrated NDT inspection, 2X trolley type annealingfurnaces, 1Xcontinuousannealing furnace, and 9X centerless grinding production lines.

SD Steel special round bar products mainly include steel for automotive structural components, gear steel, bearing steel, steel for engineeringmachinery,steelfor railway & mining, steel for utility boiler,steel for petrochemical, steel for marine engineering and wind tower project etc. The products size range from Φ16mm to Φ310mm, the sizes of billet are respectively Φ 500mm, Φ 650mm, Φ 700mm, Φ 800mm. Gear steel is the leading product of SD Steel special round bar with annual sales volume of 700K tons, for approximately 22%of the total salesvolumeinChina. The series of CrMnTi, CrMo, and CrNiMo are delivered according to the sub steel grades with narrow hardenability range. Wearethefirstmiltoestablish a full series of CrMnTi grades in China, which can achieve narrow hardenability range of the J1.5-J30 full .
